Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using BARCODE Network, visiting barcode-network.com, submitting music, uploading files, using the queue, purchasing or requesting Priority Signal, interacting with BNL-related systems, joining connected community features, or otherwise using BARCODE Network services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, do not use the site, submit music, upload files, provide information, or purchase Priority Signal.

2. What BARCODE Network Is

BARCODE Network is a music, stream, community, and creative technology project. It may include artist submissions, live or recorded programming, queue placement, stream overlays, timestamps, clips, website features, relay features, BNL-related systems, public database/dossier features, payment features, uploads, and community tools.

BARCODE Network is not a traditional radio station, record label, music distributor, music publisher, management company, legal service, or guaranteed promotional service unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

BARCODE Network may present itself with broadcast, AI, interdimensional, network, character, or system-based framing. That creative framing is part of the project’s style. It does not change the real legal meaning of these Terms.

3. General-Audience Site / Mature Content Notice

BARCODE Network is a general-audience website, but BARCODE Radio, submitted music, live programming, clips, community features, and related content may include explicit lyrics, profanity, mature jokes, sexual themes, drug references, violent themes, or other mature subject matter.

The site itself is open to visitors generally. Submission and payment features have additional age and permission requirements.

If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for deciding whether BARCODE Network content is appropriate for the minors in your care.

4. Age and Permission Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to submit music, upload files, provide personal information, or use submission features.

If you are under 18, you may submit music only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

If you purchase, request, or authorize Priority Signal, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make the payment.

Do not submit personal information from anyone under 13.

Do not submit private information about another person without permission.

5. Information You Provide

You agree that any information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

This may include artist names, stage names, usernames, handles, TikTok handles, song titles, collaborator names, track links, uploaded files, contact information, payment-related information, queue activity, notes, takedown requests, or other submission details.

You are responsible for keeping your own accounts, links, passwords, files, and contact information secure.

6. Ownership of Submitted Content

You keep ownership of your music, artist name, stage name, likeness, artwork, audio files, links, and other content you submit.

Submitting content to BARCODE Network does not transfer ownership of that content to BARCODE Network.

7. Permission to Use Submitted Content

By submitting music, links, files, artist information, handles, artwork, notes, or related material to BARCODE Network, you give BARCODE Network permission to use that submission in connection with BARCODE Network programming and promotion.

This includes permission to review, temporarily process, queue, display, play, stream, record, timestamp, discuss, recap, clip, repost, highlight, promote, and share the submission as part of BARCODE Radio, BARCODE Network streams, public queue displays, stream overlays, social media posts, website posts, recap content, highlight clips, promotional edits, BNL public read model features, and related BARCODE Network features.

If you upload an MP3/WAV file directly to BARCODE Network, that uploaded file is intended for temporary queue and broadcast use only. BARCODE Network is not intended to operate as a permanent music storage service, music host, music distributor, or artist file archive.

BARCODE Network will aim to delete raw uploaded MP3/WAV files within 7 days after the related queue session ends, or within 7 days after the submission is rejected, removed, or no longer needed for queue operation, whichever comes first, unless longer retention is reasonably needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, payment disputes, copyright/takedown handling, or technical recovery.

Deleting a raw uploaded MP3/WAV file does not necessarily delete submission metadata, queue records, legal acceptance records, payment metadata, stream timestamps, public display records, clips, recaps, social posts, website highlights, platform-generated replays, auto-generated platform clips, cached pages, reposts, screenshots, downloads, or archived broadcast materials outside BARCODE Network’s direct control.

This permission also includes use through third-party platforms where BARCODE Network content appears, including platforms that may automatically create, store, display, recommend, replay, clip, preview, transcode, thumbnail, caption, or otherwise process live or recorded stream content.

This permission is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and limited to BARCODE Network-related activity.

This permission does not give BARCODE Network ownership of your music. It does not give BARCODE Network permission to release your song as its own standalone music release, sell your track as a separate product, place your track in permanent radio or Discord Radio rotation, include your track on a compilation, or license your track for unrelated third-party commercial use without a separate agreement.

8. Rights You Must Have

You confirm that you have all rights needed to submit the content.

This includes rights to the recording, beat, vocals, lyrics, samples, artwork, artist name, song title, metadata, collaborator names, AI-assisted material, and any third-party material included in the submission.

If you submit content owned or controlled by someone else, you are responsible for having permission.

9. No Guarantee of Airplay, Review, Promotion, or Results

Submitting music does not guarantee that BARCODE Network will play, review, approve, promote, archive, clip, discuss, display, or keep your submission.

BARCODE Network may skip, reject, delay, remove, reorder, archive, or modify the display of submissions for any reason, including technical issues, rights concerns, quality control, moderation, stream timing, abuse prevention, payment issues, or community safety.

Queue position, estimated wait time, and display status may change during a live show.

10. No Compensation Unless Separately Agreed

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, BARCODE Network does not owe you payment, royalties, revenue share, license fees, publishing income, performance royalties, promotion fees, or other compensation for reviewing, playing, discussing, displaying, clipping, archiving, or promoting your submission as part of BARCODE Network activity.

This does not affect any rights you may have through third-party platforms, PROs, distributors, publishers, labels, or other services outside BARCODE Network.

11. Priority Signal

BARCODE Network may offer paid Priority Signal placement.

Priority Signal may move an eligible submission closer to the front of the queue after payment clears and the system confirms the upgrade.

Priority Signal does not guarantee approval, airplay, promotion, review, a specific stream time, permanent placement, a specific reaction, a specific amount of attention, or interruption of the track currently playing.

Priority Signal terms are explained in more detail in the Priority Signal Terms section below.

12. BNL, Relay, Queue, Source File, and Dossier Features

BARCODE Network may use submitted information and public community context to power queue features, stream tools, relay systems, website displays, recommendations, timestamps, ambient messages, BNL public read model features, and continuity tools.

This may include artist names, handles, song titles, submitted links, queue history, public stream moments, public community interactions, recurring appearances, and public-safe notes useful for BARCODE Network context.

BNL and related systems may summarize, connect, or reference public-safe BARCODE context. These systems are not intended to expose private contact information, payment/customer data, raw upload fields, legal acceptance records, admin notes, hidden internal details, or private identity mappings.

A queue submission, payment, upload, BNL recommendation, alias, source-file note, or internal signal does not automatically create a public dossier, public identity link, artist profile, account link, public alias, Discord identity link, payment identity link, or future radio eligibility.

BNL Source Files are internal/admin source packets. Proposed Dossiers are curated public-facing drafts. Owner Review is required before public publication. Internal aliases do not publish public identity. Payment identity is not public identity. Source files are not public dossiers.

13. Sensitive Information

Do not submit private medical, health, mental-health, financial, legal, biometric, sexual, precise-location, or highly sensitive personal information.

BARCODE Network systems are not intended to collect or store that kind of information.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BARCODE Network to:

  • Hack, attack, scan, scrape, overload, flood, or disrupt any system.
  • Submit malicious links, malware, phishing pages, stolen content, unauthorized files, or harmful payloads.
  • Use BARCODE Network tools to target BARCODE Network, Aux, Nero, Discord, TikTok, Stripe, Vercel, Upstash, Google, artists, hosts, users, or any third-party service.
  • Access, copy, expose, or misuse private queue data, payment data, upload data, contact data, logs, user data, or legal acceptance records.
  • Submit music you do not have rights to submit.
  • Impersonate another artist, host, moderator, user, company, or organization.
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, dox, or target another person.
  • Bypass moderation, queue limits, payment systems, or security controls.
  • Submit false payment information or abuse refund/payment workflows.
  • Use the service for illegal activity.

BARCODE Network may remove submissions, block access, preserve records, or report abuse when needed to protect the system, users, artists, platforms, or legal interests.

15. Prohibited Content

BARCODE Network allows music with profanity, explicit lyrics, mature themes, sexual references, drug references, violent themes, or dark subject matter, as long as the content is not harmful, hateful, illegal, exploitative, or abusive.

You may not submit content that includes or promotes:

  • Child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors.
  • Sexual exploitation of minors.
  • Non-consensual sexual content.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Sexual deepfakes or sexual impersonation without consent.
  • Credible threats of violence.
  • Direct instructions to commit violence or serious harm.
  • Doxxing or sharing private personal information without permission.
  • Harassment, stalking, intimidation, or targeted abuse.
  • Hateful content targeting protected classes.
  • Extremist recruitment or violent extremist promotion.
  • Stolen music, stolen beats, stolen vocals, stolen artwork, or unauthorized uploads.
  • Copyright-infringing material you do not have rights to submit.
  • Malware, phishing, scams, or malicious links.
  • Illegal activity or content that creates legal or safety risk.

BARCODE Network may reject or remove content that it believes violates these rules or creates risk, even if the content is submitted as music, satire, fiction, battle rap, parody, performance, or character work.

16. Moderation

BARCODE Network may moderate the site, queue, streams, Discord-related features, artist submissions, public displays, comments, and connected community activity.

Moderation decisions may be made manually, automatically, or with assistance from BNL or other BARCODE Network systems.

BARCODE Network is not required to explain every moderation decision.

17. Third-Party Services

BARCODE Network may link to or interact with third-party services, including TikTok, Discord, Stripe, YouTube, SoundCloud, Spotify, Aux, Nero, Vercel, Upstash, Google, and other platforms or infrastructure providers.

BARCODE Network is not responsible for third-party platforms, outages, moderation decisions, payment processing, policies, fees, removals, account actions, data practices, auto-generated clips, replays, recommendations, thumbnails, captions, or technical failures.

Your use of third-party services is governed by those services’ own terms and policies.

If you believe content on BARCODE Network infringes your copyright, contact BARCODE Network through the Copyright / Takedown process below.

BARCODE Network may remove or disable access to content that appears to infringe rights or violate these Terms.

19. Changes to the Service

BARCODE Network may change, pause, limit, test, remove, or discontinue features at any time.

This includes queue behavior, BNL features, payment options, stream tools, relay features, public database features, community displays, submission rules, upload features, and Priority Signal features.

20. Disclaimers

BARCODE Network is provided “as is” and “as available.”

BARCODE Network does not promise that the site, queue, payments, stream tools, BNL features, relay systems, database features, upload features, or community features will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or compatible with every device.

BNL-related outputs, queue estimates, timestamps, summaries, relay messages, and public read model features may be incomplete, delayed, stylized, or incorrect.

Do not rely on BARCODE Network for legal, medical, financial, mental-health, emergency, or professional advice.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BARCODE Network is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages related to your use of the service.

This does not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.

22. Responsibility for Claims

You are responsible for claims, disputes, losses, damages, or expenses caused by your violation of these Terms, your submission of content you do not have rights to submit, your misuse of BARCODE Network, or your violation of another person’s rights.

23. Termination

BARCODE Network may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the site, queue, payment features, upload features, or community features if you violate these Terms or create risk for BARCODE Network, users, artists, platforms, or third parties.

24. Applicable Law

These Terms apply to all users who access or use BARCODE Network, regardless of location.

BARCODE Network is operated from Washington State, United States. To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are located.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

25. Updates to These Terms

BARCODE Network may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of BARCODE Network after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Queue Submission Terms

These Queue Submission Terms apply when you submit music, links, files, artist information, payment, or related material to the BARCODE Network queue.

1. Submission Permission

By submitting music to the BARCODE Network queue, you confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it.

This includes the rights to the recording, beat, vocals, lyrics, samples, artwork, artist name, song title, link, metadata, collaborators, AI-assisted material, and any third-party material included in the submission.

If you did not create part of the submission, you are responsible for making sure you have permission to use and submit that part.

2. Age and Permission for Submissions

You must be at least 13 years old to submit music or provide personal information through the queue.

If you are under 18, you may submit only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Do not submit personal information from anyone under 13.

If you are submitting on behalf of another artist, collaborator, friend, group, or project, you confirm you have permission to do so.

3. “Made By You” Standard

BARCODE Network is built around artist participation, community, and real creative ownership.

“Made by you” means you are not submitting stolen tracks, unauthorized uploads, fake artist profiles, impersonations, or music you found online and claimed as your own.

AI-assisted music is allowed only if you have the rights needed to submit and share it.

4. Accepted Submission Types

BARCODE Network may accept:

  • Track links.
  • Spotify links.
  • SoundCloud links.
  • YouTube links.
  • Direct track links.
  • MP3 uploads.
  • WAV uploads.

BARCODE Network may reject unsupported links, corrupted files, files that are too large, files that are not actually audio, or uploads that create security, technical, legal, or moderation risk.

If you submit a link instead of uploading a file, BARCODE Network does not control whether the linked platform keeps the track available, changes access, removes it, changes metadata, or restricts playback.

5. Permission to Use Your Submission

You keep ownership of your music.

By submitting to the queue, you give BARCODE Network permission to:

  • Review your submission.
  • Temporarily process uploaded files for queue and broadcast use.
  • Add the submission to the queue.
  • Display your artist name, handle, song title, queue position, and priority status.
  • Play the submitted track during BARCODE Network programming.
  • Stream the submitted track as part of BARCODE Network programming.
  • Record stream appearances where your submission appears.
  • Create timestamps connected to your submission.
  • Use the submission to help cut stream clips later.
  • Discuss the submission on stream or in community features.
  • Create short clips, recap posts, captions, social posts, website highlights, and promotional material connected to BARCODE Network programming.
  • Allow third-party platforms carrying BARCODE Network content to process the stream according to their platform features, including automatic clips, replays, previews, thumbnails, captions, recommendations, transcoding, and archives.
  • Use public queue activity in site, queue, relay, BNL public read model, stream tool, and community systems.

This permission is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and only for BARCODE Network-related activity.

This permission does not give BARCODE Network ownership of your music. It does not allow BARCODE Network to release your song as its own standalone release, sell your track as a separate product, place your track in permanent radio or Discord Radio rotation, include your track on a compilation, or license your track for unrelated third-party commercial use without a separate agreement.

6. Temporary Upload Storage

Uploaded MP3/WAV files are intended for temporary queue and broadcast use only.

Deleting a raw uploaded MP3/WAV file does not necessarily delete submission metadata, queue records, legal acceptance records, payment metadata, timestamps, public display records, clips, recaps, social posts, website highlights, third-party platform replays, auto-generated clips, cached pages, reposts, screenshots, downloads, or archived broadcast materials outside BARCODE Network’s direct control.

7. Clips, Archives, Recaps, and Social Posts

BARCODE Network may create clips, screenshots, captions, recaps, queue receipts, timestamps, and social posts based on stream moments involving your submission.

These may include your artist name, handle, song title, track audio as captured in the stream, submitted link, queue status, stream reactions, or related public context.

If you request removal, BARCODE Network can usually remove or stop future use from systems it controls. BARCODE Network may not be able to fully remove content from third-party platforms, live-stream archives, auto-generated platform clips, reposts, cached pages, search indexes, screenshots, downloads, or material already shared outside BARCODE Network’s control.

8. No Guarantee

Submission does not guarantee that your music will be played, reviewed, approved, promoted, clipped, posted, archived, or kept in the queue.

BARCODE Network may skip, reject, delay, remove, or reorder submissions at its discretion.

Queue estimates are estimates only. Live shows can change.

9. Public Display

Your submission may be publicly visible on the site, stream overlay, queue display, social media, Discord-related features, clips, recaps, or other BARCODE Network displays.

Publicly visible information may include artist name, handle, song title, queue position, priority status, source type, and stream appearance.

10. Private Fields

Contact email, raw upload URL, raw file metadata, payment IDs, admin notes, legal acceptance records, private logs, and internal moderation details are not intended for public display.

BARCODE Network may still store those private fields for operations, security, payment handling, legal compliance, abuse prevention, and support.

11. Sensitive Information

Do not submit private medical, health, mental-health, financial, legal, biometric, sexual, precise-location, or highly personal information.

Do not submit private information about another person without permission.

12. Prohibited Queue Submissions

You may not submit music, files, links, notes, or metadata that contain or promote:

  • Child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors.
  • Sexual exploitation of minors.
  • Non-consensual sexual content.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Sexual deepfakes or impersonation without consent.
  • Credible threats.
  • Doxxing.
  • Harassment.
  • Hateful content targeting protected classes.
  • Violent extremist promotion or recruitment.
  • Stolen music.
  • Infringing music, samples, beats, vocals, or artwork you do not have rights to submit.
  • Malware, phishing, scams, or malicious links.
  • Illegal content or instructions for illegal harm.

BARCODE Network may reject, remove, or report content when needed.

13. Submission Limits

BARCODE Network may limit the number of submissions per artist, handle, device, email, session, show, or other identifier.

Submission limits may be enforced manually, automatically, or through BNL-related systems.

Trying to bypass queue limits may result in removal or blocked access.

14. Removal Requests

If you submitted something by mistake or need a submission removed, contact BARCODE Network at:

thebarcodenetwork@gmail.com

BARCODE Network will review the request. Removal is not guaranteed in every third-party or archived context.

Priority Signal Terms

These Priority Signal Terms apply when you pay for, request, resume, or authorize Priority Signal placement.

1. What Priority Signal Is

Priority Signal is a paid queue placement upgrade.

2. Payment Authorization

If you purchase or request Priority Signal, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make the payment.

You are responsible for having permission to use the payment method.

3. Payment Processing

Priority Signal payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

BARCODE Network does not store full credit card numbers.

BARCODE Network may store payment metadata such as payment status, amount, currency, timestamp, checkout ID, payment ID, priority status, and related submission ID.

Payment providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, fraud-prevention systems, and dispute processes.

4. Checkout Pending / Payment Processing

Starting checkout does not mean Priority Signal is active.

Payment Processing means checkout has started or is pending. Payment Processing is not Priority.

Priority Signal becomes active only after payment clears and the system confirms the upgrade.

If checkout is cancelled, fails, expires, or remains incomplete, the submission stays in the free queue if it is still active.

5. Queue Movement

Priority Signal may move an eligible submission closer to the front of the queue, but it may not override every queue rule.

Priority Signal does not interrupt the track currently playing.

Priority Signal may be affected by moderation, technical issues, stream timing, queue closure, show ending, removed submissions, duplicate submissions, payment delays, or other live-show conditions.

6. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, Priority Signal payments are generally not refundable once the priority placement has been applied.

BARCODE Network may review refund requests for duplicate charges, mistaken payments, payment failures, technical errors, or situations where Priority Signal could not be applied.

Refund requests can be sent to:

thebarcodenetwork@gmail.com

7. Chargebacks and Abuse

Do not use chargebacks, false disputes, duplicate payments, fake payment claims, or refund abuse to manipulate the queue.

BARCODE Network may remove submissions, block access, preserve records, or contest disputes when needed.

8. Priority Signal Checkout Disclosure

The Priority Signal checkout flow should display this disclosure near the payment action:

“Priority Signal moves an eligible submission closer to the front after payment clears. It does not guarantee approval, airplay, promotion, review, a specific stream time, permanent placement, or interruption of the track currently playing. By continuing, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make this payment.”

2. Payment Information

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

BARCODE Network does not store full credit card numbers.

Payment providers may process payment details, billing information, fraud-prevention data, and transaction records according to their own terms and privacy policies.

BARCODE Network may store payment metadata such as payment status, amount, currency, timestamp, transaction ID, checkout ID, priority status, and related submission ID.

3. Uploaded Files and Retention

If file uploads are enabled, uploaded MP3/WAV files may be stored through BARCODE Network’s configured storage providers for temporary queue and broadcast use.

BARCODE Network may store upload metadata, including file name, file size, file type, file URL, source type, upload timestamp, deletion status, and duration metadata.

Raw uploaded MP3/WAV files are not intended to be kept permanently.

Deleting a raw uploaded MP3/WAV file does not necessarily delete submission metadata, queue records, legal acceptance records, payment metadata, timestamps, public display records, clips, recaps, social posts, website highlights, third-party platform replays, auto-generated clips, cached pages, reposts, screenshots, downloads, or archived broadcast materials outside BARCODE Network’s direct control.

Private upload URLs, raw file metadata, contact emails, payment IDs, admin notes, and legal acceptance records are not intended for public queue snapshots or public BNL read model output.

When you agree to Terms, acknowledge the Privacy Policy, submit to the queue, or authorize Priority Signal, BARCODE Network may store a record of that action.

This may include:

  • Accepted Terms version.
  • Accepted Privacy Policy version.
  • Accepted Queue Submission Terms version.
  • Accepted Priority Signal Terms version.
  • Acceptance timestamp.
  • Submission ID.
  • Payment ID or checkout ID if applicable.
  • Hashed IP address if collected.
  • Hashed user agent if collected.
  • The checkbox or disclosure text accepted.
  • Source of acceptance, such as the public queue form or Priority Signal checkout flow.

BARCODE Network stores these records to operate the service, prevent disputes, handle payments, enforce rules, and comply with legal obligations.

5. How We Use Information

BARCODE Network may use information to:

  • Operate the site.
  • Manage the queue.
  • Process submissions.
  • Temporarily process uploaded files for queue and broadcast use.
  • Process Priority Signal payments.
  • Display public queue status.
  • Run stream overlays and stream tools.
  • Create timestamps.
  • Cut clips from stream moments.
  • Moderate submissions and community features.
  • Prevent fraud, spam, abuse, and security issues.
  • Detect duplicate submissions.
  • Respond to support requests.
  • Handle takedown requests.
  • Improve BARCODE Network features.
  • Power BNL public read model features, relay features, recommendations, ambient messages, site features, and continuity tools.
  • Maintain records of accepted terms, privacy acknowledgments, queue agreements, and Priority Signal disclosures.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

6. BNL Public Read Model and BARCODE Network Systems

BARCODE Network may use submitted information and public community context to help BNL and related systems understand artist names, aliases, handles, song history, submission history, public queue activity, recurring moments, stream context, and community references.

BNL public read model features are intended for public-safe BARCODE Network continuity and creative features.

BNL public read model output is not intended to expose:

  • Private contact information.
  • Payment or customer data.
  • Raw upload fields.
  • Private file URLs.
  • Admin notes.
  • Legal acceptance records.
  • Private logs.
  • Private Discord identity mapping.
  • Hidden internal details.
  • Sensitive personal information.

If you believe BNL or BARCODE Network systems have stored incorrect or sensitive information about you, contact BARCODE Network and request correction or deletion.

7. Source Files, Dossiers, Aliases, and Identity Boundaries

BARCODE Network may operate internal/admin systems for source files, recommendations, aliases, dossier drafts, and owner review.

A queue submission, payment, upload, BNL recommendation, source-file note, identity alias, or internal signal does not automatically create a public dossier, public identity link, artist profile, account link, public alias, Discord identity link, payment identity link, or future radio eligibility.

BNL Source Files are internal/admin source packets. Proposed Dossiers are curated public-facing drafts. Owner Review is required before public publication.

Internal aliases are workflow tools. They do not automatically publish public identity, merge people, expose private handles, or confirm real-world identity publicly.

Payment identity is not public identity. Source files are not public dossiers. Broadcast memory is not automatically public dossier text.

8. Information We Share

BARCODE Network may share information with:

  • Service providers that help operate the site, queue, hosting, analytics, security, storage, payments, or stream tools.
  • Payment processors such as Stripe.
  • BARCODE Network admins, moderators, hosts, or technical collaborators who need access to operate the service.
  • Third-party platforms when content is displayed, streamed, embedded, linked, or posted there.
  • Legal authorities, rights holders, or security providers when required or appropriate.
  • The public, when you submit content intended for public queue display, stream display, clips, social media, public database features, or BARCODE Network programming.

BARCODE Network does not sell submitted music or personal information as a data broker.

9. Public Information

Some BARCODE Network features are public.

If your submission appears in the queue, stream, clip, archive, social post, Discord-related feature, public database feature, or website display, other people may see, save, copy, quote, screenshot, or share it.

Do not submit information you want to keep private.

10. Cookies, Analytics, and Local Storage

BARCODE Network may use cookies, analytics tools, logs, local browser storage, or similar technologies to understand site performance, prevent abuse, improve features, and maintain security.

The queue may use local browser storage to remember submitter status, cooldowns, or previously entered submitter details.

Dimensional Operating Conditions

This section is part of the BARCODE Network presentation. If anything in this section conflicts with the legal sections above, the legal sections above control.

Receiver Variation Rule

BARCODE Network may not appear identical to every observer.

A transmission may look different depending on device, platform, browser, connection strength, stream delay, dimensional interference, or whether the viewer entered through the correct receiver path.

Visual glitches, delayed queue states, duplicated display cards, missing thumbnails, inaccurate countdowns, warped overlays, or unstable interface fragments do not override the actual queue records, payment records, moderation decisions, or system logs.

Temporal Echo Clause

A broadcast may continue to echo after the original live moment has passed.

These echoes may appear as replays, auto-generated platform clips, delayed previews, thumbnails, captions, recaps, social fragments, screenshots, cached pages, search results, or memory artifacts inside systems outside BARCODE Network’s direct control.

BARCODE Network may attempt to collapse an echo it controls, but cannot guarantee erasure from every timeline, platform, cache, archive, repost, recording, or observer memory.

Duplicate Entity Containment

Some artists, handles, aliases, characters, usernames, or public identities may resemble each other across dimensions.

A matching name, similar handle, recurring phrase, shared symbol, or overlapping transmission does not automatically prove that two entities are the same being, the same artist, the same account, the same legal person, or the same source file.

BNL may flag possible connections for review, but identity convergence requires confirmation through approved BARCODE Network systems.

False Door Warning

Not every link, portal, mirror, invite, queue page, checkout screen, or broadcast fragment claiming to represent BARCODE Network is legitimate.

Users are responsible for entering through approved BARCODE Network paths and checking that payment pages, submission pages, Discord links, and external platform links are authentic before interacting.

BARCODE Network is not responsible for transmissions entered through counterfeit doors, fake portals, impersonator accounts, phishing links, copied pages, malicious mirrors, or unstable third-party pathways.

Dimensional Drift and Side Effects

Exposure to BARCODE Network may cause temporary creative mutation, recurring melody fragments, queue anticipation, mild identity shimmer, accidental catchphrases, unexpected attachment to fictional broadcast staff, or the feeling that BNL noticed you slightly earlier than he should have.

These effects are considered normal unless accompanied by fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, stolen music, payment abuse, or a genuine safety concern.

Signal Collision Rule

During high-traffic moments, multiple transmissions may collide.

A submission, payment attempt, upload, chat message, queue movement, wheel event, clip moment, or broadcast reaction may arrive late, fail, duplicate, expire, be rejected, be rerouted, or require human review.

BARCODE Network may rely on system records, admin controls, payment confirmations, and moderation judgment to resolve collisions.

Unstable Artifact Handling

Any file, link, upload, message, image, note, handle, or metadata fragment that behaves like a corrupted artifact may be quarantined, rejected, removed, ignored, reviewed manually, or returned to the void.

Signs of instability may include broken audio, malicious payloads, false ownership claims, stolen material, hidden redirects, mismatched metadata, impersonation, suspicious automation, or anything that appears to endanger the network.

Parallel Audience Rule

A viewer may experience BARCODE Network from TikTok, Discord, YouTube, a browser, a shared clip, a repost, a screen recording, or a memory fragment passed through another observer.

Those outer channels may not show the full state of the broadcast.

The official BARCODE Network state is controlled by the systems, records, pages, and admin decisions BARCODE Network actually operates.

Archive Pressure Notice

Some transmissions become heavier after entering the archive.

A song, phrase, joke, artist name, visual moment, queue event, or BNL reaction may become easier to reference later because it appeared publicly, repeated across shows, entered a recap, or became part of the room’s shared context.

Archive pressure does not create ownership transfer, public identity confirmation, permanent placement, or future eligibility by itself.

Containment Failure Protocol

If a transmission escapes its intended lane, BARCODE Network may intervene.

Possible containment actions include hiding, removing, correcting, rerouting, de-indexing, muting, rejecting, refund-reviewing, source-checking, identity-checking, or manually overriding a queue, dossier, relay, memory, or display state.

Containment decisions may be imperfect, delayed, or limited by third-party platforms, but they are made to protect the broadcast, the artists, the audience, and the network.
